2 face raps over diesel siphoning in QC; 2 others still at large

MANILA, Philippines — Two suspects will face theft charges over a diesel pilferage incident in Quezon City while two of their alleged accomplices remain at large, police said Wednesday. The Quezon City Police District (QCPD) identified the suspects as alias “Ezekiel,” 26, and alias “Benjie,” 26, who both surrendered to authorities and admitted their involvement.
