2 detained escapees surrender in Kalinga

TABUK CITY, Kalinga — Two detainees who escaped from the Tabuk City Police custodial facility in Barangay Laya West at dawn on January 4 surrendered separately to the Kalinga Provincial Police this week through the intercession of their relatives. Police said one of the escapees surrendered on Thursday at around 1:45 p.m., while the second
