MANILA, Philippines — Ten men were arrested after they were caught pilfering fuel worth P5.62 million in Claver, Surigao del Norte on Monday.
The suspects were illegally transferring diesel at a port in Barangay Panatao when they were apprehended by agents of the police Criminal Investigation and Detection Group at past 11:20, according to CIDG chief Maj. Gen. Robert Alexander Morico II.
