Look, I don't know what kind of black magic Converge is pulling on me, but it suddenly dropped to painfully slow download speeds yesterday, I live in Cebu, and my first thought was, "baka sa Sinulog to ang slow speeds", but it CANNOT be this slow?? Is my ISP throttling my download or what?
